MENU:

  • Each Table Scape includes Matzah, Vegetables with Dip, Grape Juice, Seder Plate, and Flower Arrangement
  • First Course — Everyone:
    Matzah Ball Chicken Soup with Scallion and Carrot (Vegetable Broth for Vegetarians), and Garden Salad with Honey and Herb Vinaigrette with Gefilte Fish
  • Main Course — Adults and Teens:
    Chicken Option:     Breast of Chicken Stuffed with Spinach, Mushroom, and Red Peppers, Breaded with Matzoh Meal and Topped with Demi-Glace,  Served with Roasted Baby Carrots, Steamed Honey Glazed Carrots, and Green Beans
    Vegetarian Option: Spaghetti Squash Served with Roasted Tomato Sauce, Grilled Zucchini, Mushrooms and Peppers.
  • Main Course — Children Ages 12 and Under:
    Chicken Option:     Chicken Fingers and Fries Served with Sweet and Sour Sauce and Ketchup
    Vegetarian Option: Spaghetti Squash Served with Roasted Tomato Sauce, Grilled Zucchini, Mushrooms and Peppers.
  • Dessert Course — Everyone: Cookies, Dainties, and Fruit Platter
  • Refreshments: Coffee, Tea, Ice Water, Soft Drinks, Wine
